Welcome to the forums...

How about some information? How long have you been training, height/weight, and what are your goals? Losing or gaining weight?

Don't worry about supplements. And for SURE don't worry about taking PH's. A solid diet plan and some cardio will shed that weight.

What you need to do is keep track of the all the food you eat on an average day. What I did was I carried a mini-notepad with me around to wherever I went and when I ate, i jotted down what it was I ate and the amount. At the end of the day add up all the calories, carbs, etc.

FOr your sake, time to cut the junk food out. No more soda pop and snacks that are unhealthy. At 200+ lbs, I'd start and aim for 2800 -3200 calories daily. This combined with cardio should result in weight loss (I bet your consuming maybe close to 4k calories.) If the weight isn't lowering, then decrease the amount of calories. Feel free to experiment.

Post up an average day of food consumption (perferably in the Diet and Nutrition section) and we will be able to assist you further.
