Default another newbi trieng to get big

Hey guys. Im dieng to get cut up and big, I was really never dedicated to working out simply because i hate GYMS!! Im a 17 year old kid, right around the perfect weight to work out, but my prob i dont like going to gyms. I dislike gyms bc i feel that everyone is a steep above me. I feel weak going to gyms. So ima try starting at my house then moving on into a gym.

Im ganna head off to the teen body building section.. you guys can catch me there. c ya

It takes a lot of effort and consistency - a long journey, not a weekend trip. Eat like a big guy (not like a fat @ss though). Lift heavy and keep making it heavier. Get plenty of rest. And don't change sh!t up after 3 weeks because you don't think it's working... Things don't happen at the cellular level over night.

And don't NOT go to a gym because you feel like everyone is a step above you. A gym is not a powerlifting meet, so who is keeping score?

Agreed.

Do not think about anyone else other than yourself and your goals when you;re at the gym. To be honest, nobody really cares what weight you're pulling. They probably look once and never look again, why? cause they're focusing on their goals. It will take a couple of sessions but soon you'll warm up to the gym and enjoy yourself there.
