LMAO! Believe me when I say I meant no harm when I commented to him on his chicken legs. I have a tendency to put my foot in my mouth. I WAS sincere though.

I have posted several comments so far and am waiting for the "approval process", which is slow so far. I put some information about my goals and desires in the workout log area under "RAMS". Check it out and give me some advice, kudos or dog me.


A little about me.
I have been working out off and on since I was in high school. More off than on. I am 27, 6'3" and 245 pounds. Using one of those handheld things, I came out as having 28% body fat. I have been overweight since I can remember and want to be healthy and fit. I want that "V" look in my waist and to see my abs. That is my primary goal. Secondary is to put on some size and kick ass! I have seen photos of me when I was younger than ten and I was skinny as a bean pole, so I know I can do it.

On another note, I am an expecting father and want to be healthy enough to keep up with my kid!! It is my first.

I have a 3 year old and he is the greatest gift I have ever received. He's sitting in front of me watching Toy Story, totally mesmerized. So perfect, and he's my entire world. Cherish EVERY second.

Sure.

IP address are not exact, but the ranges are very, very close. 67.xxx.xxx.xxx thru 71.xxx.xxx.xxx match both you and Ryan.

However one uses one ISP provider and the other a different one - so it doesn't appear to be the same person Renegade.

It's out of control on all the boards me and Gade and Ryan are on. I am enjoying it.

Virus, similarities in IP mean nothing, especially when those first 2 digits are different. I'm not only a master fitness, training, and nutrition expert God Chuck Norris-like being, I also have a MSCPE (no sh!t, I do).

But I was under the impression that if people connected thru proxies (ask mighty_mouse about this hahaha, he can tell you all about them i'm sure) that the ranges (especially the first set of digits) would be comparable?

Networking/servers, and things of that nature aren't my speciality, actually I don't know much about them what-so-ever. Programming is my thing haha.
