I've been lifting since i was 15 and i got some good size now I am 19 but after i or during my lifting i get pain in my pelvic area not on the bone but in the area of the pubic area but to the left and right i had got a c/t scan for a hernia but test came back negative for any hernias, so i stop lifting for about a month i just hit my punching bag to keep in somewhat shape and they pain stopped so i went back to the gym and lifted nothing serious like i always do just light lifting i went two days straight and the pain is still there and i feel like it swells up a bit and hurts after im done working out as well and still feel a bit pain the next day. Has anybody experienced anything like this? is it just a muscle torn really bad that needs more time to heal or is there a special doctor i can see?i dunno what to do any help at all will do thanks.
