hi everyone,im in highschool
about 145 to 150 lbs and 5'9" to 5'10"
I usually run every morning during the weekdays anywhere from 4-10 miles for XC, probably average of around 5. I also play lacrosse during the spring. We have a bench in my basement with a basic leg attachment that ive just started to use. All ive done for muscle training is flat bench, decline bench, curls with the bar and various ab exercises.
Right now im really looking to lose body fat because even though i dont weight much i dont really have abs and still seem to have a flabby stomach and chest. Eventually i'll start lifting more to help with lacrosse but right now id really like to just lose body fat and if possible hopefully gain lean muscle mass also. Ive read the articles on the site but really am having trouble understanding how these diets work and how to keep up with everything.
Any advice for my goals? thanks
