Default Hey Guys New Here

Hey guys, I'm new to this place. A friend of mine recommened this place as a great source of information for people who are new to weight training.

I actually wanted to ask a question. Besides food, whey protein, a good multi-vitamin, fish oils, and plenty of rest, are there any other supplements that I should concern myself with since I am just starting out?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again!

Welcome to bb4u. There are no other supplements you need to be concerned about. You need to learn how to live within your new lifestyle, i.e. Lift, Sleep, and Eat.

Good luck, and dont ask about supplements for at least 6 months, and I'm being very generous here on the 6 months.

Edit to add: Read the post again, and realized you are new to bb4u, but maybe not new to working out. My mistake. Whats your lifting experience?

TO answer Traps, Im a former college athlete, so lifting was a part of my daily routine. Unfortunately for me I swam in college so I wasn't able to get the physique I wanted. I'm a pretty thin guy whos basically been doing nothing since graduation, and Im looking to get back being active.
