hello all! this site was recommended to me by my bf. he got me motivated to get my rear in gear and healthier. i used to do weight training way back in highschool, but haven't done anything since then.
i started running last november and now i'm just sick of only running. in the past 2 months or so i started doing some basics. situps, pullups, pushups and some simple exercises with a band. that only gets you so far though. i just started my first day of lifting yesterday. i'm a bit stronger than he expected

and not as sore as i should be.
