Well although the pecs is all one muscle and truthfully GENES play an important role in the look n development of it (as well as all the muscle groups) you'll find DB flies, short-grip bench, any incline press or flies, etc will help ya.

5'3 is short but it may be good since you'd look bigger at a lower weight
