Hello everyone
Hello, I've already posted some already. I'm from Louisiana, and I'll be starting my second year at SLU in the fall. I've worked out for a few years for high school basketball and track, but I've just started taking supplements, and I'm working on a split-routine workout (compared to the full-body 3 day/wk workouts I formerly did). I've already got some good information from browsing here. You guys have a very nice forum.
