Hey,
I'm from Amherst, NS Canada. I'm 16, and started working out a few years ago, manily for strength. Over time as I became more educated, I started training better with things like creatine, glutamine, NO protein, etc. Right now I am about 5'9, and 150 lbs. I train for strength, as I am a competitive TaeKwon-do fighter, and boxer. I intend to go to the World Championship in 2 years, and a Friendship World Cup next year. I Currently take: Mutlivitaman - Everyday Cre-Aklyn Creatine - 2 a day, then 1 before boxing, tkd or weights Glutamine tablet( 1g) every day and after a work out Some B6, and B12 vitamens when I have alot of protein. Protein after every work out( shake) and morning after work out. I eat alot of Fiber and PRotein in my diet, as well as alot of cheating. I want to gain strength, without massive size gains. What sounds best for me? Thanks guys |
