So i've been following this thread pretty closely and I feel battberam is in the same boat as I am. I too want to trim fat while building muscle, but wish to avoid taking supplements. Mattberam, what is this body for life fitness program you're on, where can I find it?
As for cardio, is it better to do HIIT? or regular cardio (ie, 30 min of aerobic activity) after weight lifting. |

Its a great program that yeilds great results. Go to Body-for-LIFE. You can also buy the book by Bill Phillips. Bill Phillips is the owner of EAS. The thing about it is I'm never in the gym for more than 45 mins--which is great for me because I;m very busy. Check out the website. |

i personaly wouldnt do any cardio after lifting even if i were trying to cut. if you want to do lots of cardio, go first thing in the morning (before breakfast) and do it. switch on and off between HIIT and "regular" cardio every couple of days.
