Well I am new here and thought I might introduce myself. I am 23, 5'9, and 195 lbs 14% bf. I have been training for about 6 months hard, I finally got into it after years of my brother telling me I had the perfect body structure to be huge. He is a personal trainer. Training is like a drug to me. I used to do drugs and this type of a high can not be matched! The feeling that comes with a hard workout is awesome. I have made amazing body comp changes to the degree that people dont think I am natural. When I started I was 193 and fat. Like 26-28%. I slimmed down to 160 with diet and exercise and then decided to get thick and bulk. I am coming to an end of my bulking cycle and am really excited bout my gains. No bs, I have put on 35lbs in 3 1/2 months. I was blessed with great genes.
So I am here to try to continue to gather more knowledge about the world of bodybuilding. My goal is to be 205 and 10% bf. I have a ways to go but this is a lifestyle change, not just a diet. I appreciate helpful people, cause that is what I am. Thank you in advance!
