new guy from CT
hello everyone!
i have been lookin on this site for the past couple weeks, but just joined last week.
I generally worked out at my house, i have a bench, free weights, and the total gym(kinda works, real good for stretching). I found myself only working out about 2 times a week since when i got home it was easier to sit around rather then bust my butt working out. so i joined a local gym a couple weeks ago with a couple guys from work, and i LOVE it. its great to have someone to always workout with, especially when you need that extra little push or vote of confidence for another rep!
I weighed 254 back in july, i cut out ALL my sugary drinks. all i have is some sugar in my coffee(sometimes). i started eating real good and started having a breakfast. i am now down to 212 as of this past saturday!! have gone from a waist of 42 to a 36 pant size. I have even had to take a link out of my watch, lol.
sorry for the long post! I gotta head to work now so i will post up my 4 day routine, i am still working on, later on tonight when i get home.
