I am new here although i have been reading the board for a few weeks now. I was doing research about a bb subject when i came across this site. I have been lifting for about 5 years now (3 years seriously) I am in very good shape and I considered myself very educated about bb. Then i started reading some of the posts here and i realized how much more i could learn. i think this is a great bb education tool. I do have a lot of question hopefully i can get some answers from all the knowledgable members here. Thanks for having me!
