Hi all
I've recently lost 71lb and am interested purely in becoming more toned, obtaining more definition in my upper body and especially my pecs. Could anyone recommend any websites or workouts I could look at / try to get the ball rolling. I'm very much into my cardio, especially running - will this present any problems? I don't want to be huge, I just want a t-shirt that hangs nice and when my skin catches up with my body to have a good all-round appearance. I play lots of football (soccer for you americans!) and have a decent set of pins which don't really need any work. Cheers Ant |
