I would try HIIT or something like it if I were you. It takes less time and apperently it works great!

I know its a little off the topic but I just want to say that good job getting motivated, asking for help, taking advice and learning. So far, you have already overcome the hardest part...getting Started. I commend you on your work so far and please keep it up. When I read threads like this it helps me stay motivated too. Yeah I will keep motivated. Thanks for all the help guys, this forum is great. Before I found dieting hard because I didn’t cook for myself and kind of use it as an excuse but you know what I got myself up and try cocking chicken breast though the George Forman grill made it easy (lol) and I’m like wow I did that and it felt good getting control on what you eat. Doing weights I love doing, cardio and dieting is the challenge and I’m prepared to meet it.
