Default Question about workout. Please help

I am 23 years old and 5 ft 10 inches and weight 160. Im currently lifting and taking the supplement Creatine. Any one suggest anything else i might wanna take with this to help my work outs? Also on top of this i play hockey in college and wanna get in really good fitness shape and am afriad of running and losing the weight im gaining by running and that might cause me not to add muscle mass. Anyone know a good routine on how i could gain muscle mass by working out but still do some running or something so i can get acardio workout so im in tip top shape come hockey season.. Thanks for any help

Try some HIIT, look it up, you will gain muscle mass, and it is cardio. Also, for supplements BCAA, I suggest do a search on that, and some whey protein, and a multi-vit, and just eat, eat, eat, eat, and to really be in good shape, eat healthy. tuna, oats, chicken, turkey, fruits, veges, yogart, cottage cheese, ect.

I agree with the incorporation of Whey, A multivitamin, and Creatine. Make sure you are eating enough to build muscle and feed your energy demands. I currently lift 3 times a week and take Taekwon Do 3 nights a week. My diet is 5 or 6 meals/snacks a day. Hard to find the time to eat all of that but you have to do it. Eat meals with good, lean, protein; complex carbs, and good quality fats. READ! You will see that on a lot of threads here. Reading is your key to becoming your own "expert". Not everything people recommend will work for everyone else. So, build your own knowledge about food, nutrition, supplements, exercises, rest, etc.
