Lost 100 lbs, now I wanna get ripped
Hello all! I started my fitness journey about 4 years ago when I tipped the scales at 310lbs. I was 19 years old, and I'd been overweight since childhood. Finally, I became fed-up with being fat. I cut the crap out of my diet, and ate 4-6 small, high protein meals per day. I began walking a few miles per day, and slowly began to incorporate intervals of jogging and eventually running. Later, I began weight training and gained some muscle.
Now I'm 23, 6' 1", 210lbs. I haven't checked my BF% recently, but I think I'm around 17%. I joined the Air Force in December of 2005, and have since done a lot of muscle endurance work pushups, situps, etc., but I haven't been in the gym very much. I've recently started working out again, and I want to get ripped. I'd like to gain some muscle, and get my BF% down to at least 10%. I will try to get some pictures up soon. I welcome tips and constructive criticism. Tomorrow I have a shipment of NSI's Tonalin XS-CLS (1000g CLA) and Universal's Animal Pak coming arriving. Any input on those supplements?
