Default My ABS!!!!!

I was hoping that someone could please help me out. I have a problem with my abs. I am so tired of the lower ab flab. I was wonderingwhat I could do that would really help me out. Especially something I can do at my home and not have to leave to go out to a gym.

Any suggestions would really help. I am desperate. I want to be able to fit in a 2piece bathing suit really bad, by the summer. My fiance has told me that if I can get my abs flat my summer, he would get my belly-button pierced, so I really want this.

Well I was going to say hit the gym and then start naming off exercises for you to do....

Theres numerous things you can do for your abs but everyone always forgets about one of the most important things in getting those "beach" abs.....your nutrition...Make sure you are maintaing a healthy diet and being dedicated at what you are trying to achieve. I wont play mommy and daddy right now I will just trying to give some helpful insight.

While youre at home theres tons of things you can do. One would have to get pretty creative in doing abs. Go check out this link and browse up on this site.....think of it as your bible for now.

Also look at the exercises....get creative like I said...tons of things.

Ooo, also, one more thing. I know you are home but you should really be running also....that will REALLY help you. Im not sure how active you are and how much time you have....but you should run...it will work the abs. Good luck with your belly!

Ok here's what u do lay on your back and do leg lifts that will gain muscle on your lower stomach region, and run and/or jump rope to raise your metabolism, and try this diet get low carb peta wraps and turkey lunch meat eat that or anything with low carb and low sugar for a weed and you'll see results.

Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. Do all the sit ups you want, it will do nothing for the fat around your midsection. Make sure your diet is in check, and do some cardio. As long as youre burning more calories than youre eating, you will lose fat.

Jeff, Are those really your ABs, then they are SWEET!!!

I hate doing ABs... No offense, but I really do!! But so true about the nutrition. The Abs are there, sometimes covered with fat, so just eat right, hit the cardio and they will start to come out, then you can pump em up!!!
