Default muscle decrease

hi everyone, i was wondering if you could help answer a question of mine. Ok, heres the thing, whenever i workout, my muscles are great. Now i know when everyone workouts out their muscle gets bigger. But about thirty minutes to an hour or more, they go back down almost to the same size they were before i worked out. Is there something that you are supposed to do after working out besides just sitting down?

Drink a protein shake...What you are talking about is the pump you get from lifting weights. Its very normal for it to go back down again. You will gain size over time...good luck

Ya everyone thinks that a the start or early into their training years. For me i seen a huge difference now cos im only working magor muscles once a week a pumping hard every session. They need their rest, they will grow better this way. Take a protein shake with carbs if you can get it and creatine E Ester. Especially ur arms. Give them a 2 week break and come back working them once a week, ul see a magor difference

when you train the muscles are gorged with blood, blood is the carrier of energy to the muscles, ergo, the harder you train, the more energy you need, the more blood is required to this area. You now have an enlarged muscle... commonly called the pump.

this is why you heart beat increases with exercise...

once you finish exercise your muscles still require energy to replenish what has been depleted by training, therefore maintaining this look until a period inwhich the body reduces the amount of blood supplied to this area.

This is why your heart beat slows down after exercise...

Body builders "pump up" in the back rooms during competitions to give themselves an even bigger look to their muscles (if 24" arms wasnt enough lol)

It would be nice to harness the "pump" size after every workout.
