Hello. My name is Justin. I am 28 years old. 5'9" @ 210 lbs
Just getting to the point, I am in drastic need to get in shape!!! I haven't seriously lifted since highschool football and powerlifting. The problem is I can't remember the workouts. I have never been on any supplements, ever. I have lifted severals times in the past, never gaining anything! If anybody can help me, I'm looking for a COMPLETE ROUTINE WORKOUT. Meaning: From DAY 1 thru DAY 7; meal plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner and all snacks during the day and night), and all supplements used; The workout: From Monday thru Friday. Would I be considered a beginner? I would consider myself a beginner, because I have not been on a routine for a long time. What I'm looking for is to eat health, get in shape, and look good (fairly cut)! I'm in Law Enforcement, the type of profession that you need to be in shape!!! I consider myself average strength. My defensive tacticts are good, due to the fact I practice them all the time, but I really need to be in shape to back them up even more! If anybody can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Paul, I have looked at several magazines, looking for a set routine, but I have come up empty handed. I found this site hoping that someone could help me come up with a complete routine, meal plan, and supplements used. I looked at several routines on the forums, but I am unsure which one to go with? As for a trainer, thats probably out of the question. Because the time it would take me to meet with one? I'm kinda out in the middle of nowhere!!! What I'm looking for is to take my 5'9" / 210 lbs frame and add to it. Meaning: Being healthy; gaing more muscle; being more defined then I am now. If anyone could help me at least get started with a routine and meal plan, I could started on the supplements later? |
