Hey my name is Dustin. I have been lurking around the site periodically and have decided to join. This is the first bodybuilding forum I have ever joined by the way.
I am 18 years old and go to Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO. I have been working out very sparatically over the past 2 years but hardcore for only about a month. I weigh 135 lbs and I am 5'6". My max on the bench press was 215 3 weeks ago and I am waiting another couple weeks because I want to see a fairly drastic change. I am going for 235. Currently I can bench 185, 7 times which is more than double what I did 3 weeks ago. I just started squats about 2 weeks ago and have yet to max on that. My workouts are fairly strictly freeweights and are also fairly short as I am trying to bulk up. Thanks for reading and I look forward to learning much from this site. |

Thanks Traz, I like being able to lift as much as some 2 times my size.
Like most of you, my goal is to gain strength. I dont care as much about the way I look as I do my actual strength. So, I cant gain much more strength with the size that I am so my diet right now is set for gaining weight. I am a fairly hardgainer so it is difficult. I am only taking whey protein right now. |
