new to the board
Hi there,
New to the board this week, but I have been reading a lot of the valuable info here for a couple of weeks. It seems like there are many good people here with a lot of knowledge. I am a female, 29 and working hard to be as fit as possible.
I workout six days a week and even though I am a girl I don't shy away from heavy free weights. I have a clean diet and I feel strong. I don't have a hard time maintaining muslce, but I do have some resistance to loosing the last of the fat I would like to be rid of...hence my discovery of this board. I also train for a lot 5 k races for the spring and summer months.
Here is my current workout schedule:
Wed, Fri, Sun : 70 min cardio and Abs;
Th: bi's/tri's and 35 min Cardio;
Sat: Chest/Back and 35 min Cardio;
Mon: Legs/Shoulders and 35 min Cardio.
