I'm Back.
Hey guys,how are all of my fellow body builders doing.i haven't been on here in a while,so some of the new members might not know me.I just wanted to see how things are going and hopefully i can be as active as i was.How's it going people.

yea i was having trouble with my gym,so i wasn't going to the gym as much as i wanted to,so now everythings cool.So i decided to come back.
BTW,today i was doing back and biceps,and after i worked out on a couple machine,my forearms felt extremely tight,like when i tried to bend my arms my forearms were so tight i could bend them all the way.Is this normal due to the weight i do,or couldn't this be a problem.

It's normal...my forearms feel like they are going to explode sometimes if my workout routine is intense enough...
