Default New Member here, And a Question

Hey everyone, Thought I'd say a quick Hello, I'm new to the forums and new to the fitness world. I have been extremely inactive for the passed 14 years (due to illness) and have been pushing very hard to regain my health... I'm really starting to feel it and its great... im glad i'd found this forum and look forward to learning and eventually contributing on this forum...

I have started and sustained my fitness program for just over a month now, my plan is basically what I have learned from reading "Body for life" and "Burn the fat feed the muscle" and from various web sites, my question is i'v read that im suppose to be taking in around 2000 - 2300 calories a day... but i just can get over the feeling that its being counter productive to my fat loss, im not hungry for that much food. I'm doing HIIT cardio 3 time a week for 30 mins and weights 3 times a week also but i am extremely inactive for the rest of the time (because of my illness and lack of fitness the workouts leave me exorsted) I do put all i have into my training but should i be on a lower calorie diet because of my lower energy output when not training?

Thanks, Phoeinx
