
Just a new guy here... I havent worked out seriously in a loooooong time (atleast half a year i tink) and I'm gonna start up again next week when I get my first pay cheque.
I gotta get back into shape like I used t o and get the nice beach body I used to have.
I have become weaker and have a belly due to my beer drinking.
I weigh an embarassing 165 lbs, and I'm about 5'8.
well... im gonna back into it!!!
just letting you guys know, and that ill be here for advice.
