Hi,
I'd like to say this sight is verry helpful,and I think it's great to be able to search and find everything you need to know about weight lifting and supplement's here.I'm 27 and just started working out again in January.I currentally bought CE2 and and take protien after my workout.I'm trying verry hard to eat right and exercise.I just lost 10lbs from riding my bike with my 33lb daughter on the back 5 days a week.I'm now down to 170.I lift 3 day a week.It's hard for me to eat 5-6 meals a day.I am a roofer in South Florida and sometimes you don't feel like eating,especially in the summer when it's 110 on the roof.But I'm trying my best.Just thought I'd say Hi and let everyone know how much I appreciate the sight.Joe |
