Hi, new to doing it right :)
Hey all, just wanted to shout out and say hello. Over the past couple of years, I have tried all the wrong ways to get in shape, from low carb to low fat.. the whole range... finally figured out what I was doing wrong... not lifting. I started lifting pretty seriously about 6 weeks ago, and after low carbing, found I could only bench about 135... ouch! I have gotten up to benching 245 with good form, and am growing fast. I am a big guy, 6'6" with a large frame, so I should be able to pack on some muscle, but amstill working on losing the rest of the fat. Great info on this site, look forward to being a member here.
