Default Advice for a new starter

i just started working out again.

im a freshman so i havent been working about for about 5~6 months.

heres what i used to do about 7~8 months ago.

i used porper diet and i ran for about 20~30 minutes then worked out.

i dont know the name of machines that i used to work out

in english 'cause im from brazil..

instead of focusing on one part i tried to work out as many parts evenly as possible.

and now i want to start again. what i wanna do is to have more muscle and

not TOO big. here is what im going to do.

1) take LIPO6(or something for fat burner)
2) with etiher creatine or whey protein.

i know that creatine gives more energy to work out and makes bigger

however i dont know which one is better for me.

can you give me some advices?

and heres my picture

sorry about the inconvenience

i dont know how to make picutre appear on the web automatically..

You have to decide how you want to split your workouts throughout the week. That obviously depends on your lifestyle.

Hitting one, maybe two bodyparts per workout is as far as I would ever go(Obviously this would be done with heavy weights(i.e. you max out).

Hitting all bodyparts every time, is circuit training, not weight training.
