Default Advice for starting up again

Hello all, my name is James and I am seeking advice for my new workout schedule, any would be helpful. I'm 23, married, I work full time, 50-55 hrs per week, I have a son who almost a year old, I attend a college class one night week from 7-9, i'm the youth leader at my church meaning we have services every friday night from 730-930, so i fit lifting in between all that, not that it's that much. I used to to bodybuild, i started when i was 18, i weighed 170lbs or so, i'm 6'2'', and after eating 5-6 meals a day, consuming 250-300gms of protein, bulking, taking creatine, glutamine, weight gainers, protein powders 1 AD, 4 AD, TEST, I gained about70-75lbs in under 2 years, a good amount water weight and fat, but a god amount of muscle too. 2 years ago, when i got married i stopped lifting altogether for like 6-8 months, i went down to 200-205 lbs, now i've been doing it on and off for 1 1/2 years, and no getting serious again.

So, for the past 1 1/2 months i've been eating 5-6 meals again, i haven't taken any protein powders, i'm now taking kre alkalyn, NO2. I weigh 210lbs, i gained 5 lbs or so in the past couple weeks, and i want to get back to having 17-17.5'' arms and weight a bulked 225 before cutting down. I want to do that relatively asap, i can put weight on, and off, easily, praise the Lord, so 4-5 months i have in mind, ideally, but i'll settle for 6-8 if need be. I've heard good things of Kre alkalyn, NO2, and i'm getting around 250-300gms of protein per day. I've considered taking Methly-pro for a quick cycle from anabolic extreme, i've used PH's before with no problems. my workout is 3 days a week as follows: Monday: biceps, triceps, shoulders. preacher curls 3 sets of 8-10 reps, and straight bar curls 3-4 sets ,8-6 reps. Triceps: close grip presses 4 sets10-6 reps, over the head extensions and cable pulldowns 3 sets,8-10 reps. shoulders, Military press 4 sets8-10 reps, dumbell side raises3 sets-10 reps, and then i do back and biceps again on saturday. I don't do legs and chest b/c i'm recovering from an injury, and i don't have anything to work my legs out, bc i can only lift with the free weights in my basement.
So that's all, how does it sound and what do you think??
Thanks, James

i think you have a good plan. Stick to it and you should be golden. If you gain and loose easy then you can decide were you want to be.....i just dont know how you find time with a schedule like that!!!!
