Need some advice!
Howdy everyone, i am new to this site, I am a newbie to this exercise thing and joined my local gym Dec 1st, and eat good, 1600-1800 calories a day, and lots of water. When i joined the gym i was wearing a size 12 and weighed 151 pounds. I got a trainer and now lift 3 days a week, M/W/F And i do Cardio on all other days but Sundays. I mainly use the treadmill for 45 min, run 3 miles, walk the rest. I am now wearing a solid size 6 and weigh 140 pounds. (by the way i am very short 5'2) My goal is to be a size 4 (if that is even possible) by April 15th. My husband is in Iraq and comes home for 2 weeks of R&R in April and i want to look great! As you can see i am not losing that much weight! I have been able to see the diff through my clothes. Which is great! But to see in the mirror i swear i look the same....lol If i didn't know any better i would say my body thinks it's fast friends with my fat and doesn't want to let it go....lol My neighbor told me to try Hydroxycut for the next 6 weeks until my hubby comes home and it should help me lose weight....little weary of any pills....any advice would be appreciated....should i reduce my cardio and do more weights instead?
