PatrickAz has a spectacular aura about
Default I bought an Exercise machine! Now What?

I just recently bought a Total Body Works 5000-exercise machine. It痴 like a Total Gym you could say. Well now that I bought it what do I do is my question. I had a small accident and had my arm in a sling for weeks. I had some free weights lying around and started using them to build the muscle back in my arm. My arm will always be damaged I知 sure but no reason for anyone to know but me. I知 pretty much back to the strength I was before my accident even a bit better. Well doing that everyday and seeing the results got me going on this whole working out thing. So I thought should I go and get more free weights but instead I thought I would try this all in one Total gym thing. My only problem is I知 not sure really what I should be doing on it. I知 not asking for medical advice, my arm is fine I知 more interested in well like a workout program. The machine just came with a poster of the exercises you can do. At this moment I just pretty much randomly pick exercises till I drop. I know sounds like a good system right? So would anyone happen to have some advise they could share with me?

Thank you much,

Patrick
