6 Meals a Day?
I know that I am we should all be eating six balanced meals a day, but I still find it hard to make the time for it. What I have been doing is eating a whole grain cereal for breakfast, about 9:00 a 50 gram protein shake, lunch at 12:00, another protein shake a 3:00 and dinner at 6:00. That's only five meals a day and I still don't think that I am getting all of the protein I should. 1 gram for every lb. is good, but even with the two protein shakes I'm only at like 140 grams a day. I should be in taking 170 or so. I am afraid to eat later than six, because I've been told that your metabolism slows after six and that's where you actually gain fat. Any hints?
