Default New Here

Hey everyone im new here ok here's the deal i am 16, i have a treadmill and a bowflex. I am 5'10, 200 and want to drop about 20-25 pounds and bulk up. I know between the running and bowflex i can do it but my main concern is my eating habits. I can probably eat as much as any man can and im hungry about every 2-3 hours! So any pointers that can help me acheive my goal and add some muscle please let me know.
Thanks
Nick

Hey,

I remeber being 16. It always seemed like i was hungry! So if you ask me, if your body needs it, go for it. Just eat right

hmm, well its taken me a long time to get my diet to where it is today. I am still refining it now as i learn what works best. I never even used to look at the nutrician information of food as i picked it up in the grocery store. Now i scrutinize everything, much to my wife's dismay

Eating the right stuff is the most important thing, even though it can be tuff. Try substituting fruits in for sweets and make sure you are eating good sources of protien like chicken and tuna.

Stay away from simple carbs(sugar) as your body can not use them in any good way.
