Post Hello i am new

Hey everyone,
I am new to bodybuildingforyou.com but i am not new to bodybuilding i have been body building for 7 years from the ages of 14-21 and i am a certified acsm personal trainer. I am 180 lbs of lean muscle mass with 4% body fat. Right now i am a college student in my second semester and I work out 4-6 times a week. I am not currently nor ever used any anabolic steroids but i have taken them into consideration. I have done a ECA stack with a cardio routine to increase my VO2 max which worked quite efficiently. If you have any questions that you would like answered from a trainer please feel free to pm me I am full of knowledge.

Thank you,
Al

Welcome. I'm sure you will be a great resource for us.

I'm not trying to discredit you or anything, but i am also certified, (Apex & NASM) and i have learned a ton from this board. The people here are very knowledgeable and i'm sure you'll find that even trainers can still learn something about training.

Good to have you.

Hey Supremo,
I totally agree with you. There are always things to be learned. Theres an old saying that goes.. "The more you know, the less you realize you really now." That applies for bodybuilding too. I thought i had a vast range of knowledge when i first started bodybuilding, the more i got into bodybuilding the more i realized how much there was to know. Bodybuilding should be a major in all four year colleges.

Ain't that the truth.

Welcome to the board, and it'll be good thing getting an opinion from the "trainers" perspective

4% body fat was the lowest recorded in the past month, but you have to remember NO bodyfat percentage is 100% correct.

Hmmmm...I'd imagine that no bodyfat would be pretty hard to achieve. I thought 4% was hard enough.

LMAO...I was thinking I was going crazy for a second...didn't think it was too healthy.
But, since you're the certified personal trainer, I didn't really want to question it....didn't want to look dumb, but hey...look, that's just what I wound up doing. D'OH.
The re-wording of your statement makes much more sense to me now...thanks.
