Another new guy.....
Hey, I just stumbled onto this site while trying to find supplement info so I figured I would join up and see if I couldn't input from you guys.......
Basically I am a newbie, I am about 6'2" and weigh 200.2lbs according to the digital scale at the doctors office. I am looking to shed 10-15lbs and put on some extra muscle. What supplements would you recommend for a guy like me? I was thinking some type of creatine, or something, im not really too educated on supplements. I have heard good things about EAS brand products but they are kinda pricey, I don't really care about the price that much though as long as it works.....
Right now I have a really good friend that was a pencil in highschool and I honestly couldn't believe my eyes after not seeing him for a year. The kid is an absolute monster, he was taking two animal pak products an NO2 type product and creatine.......ive heard animal pak is kind of a joke but this kid is absolutey huge, I use to be way bigger and lift more in highschool but he would lift me clean under the table.......im going to dublicate his workout but I just want some supplements to help motivate me along the way, which sounds stupid but knowing you have that investment leads a guy to want to go and get the results from experience with highschool lifting.....Any product recommendations would be fantastic, like I said my friend has had good results with those products and I've also heard some good stuff about EAS, but I just want to know what would suit my needs the best........THANKS GUYS!!!
