Red face Have to find

amandau@jeld-wen.comI need major help!!! With my hectic work and life schedule I find it so hard to get any excercise in, let alone get to the gym. I am really trying to lose an extra 10lbs or so, any suggestions on how I can do this in not a long amount of time, but with permanent results? Keep in mind this extra poundage of mine is in my stomach area, I have thin arms and legs, suprisingly enough that are toned very well. The stomach area is the only part I have alot of problem with I try to hide my stomach from sight and I would like to stop this. Next time a get a look, I wouldn't mind being able to make eye contact rather then looking at the ground, cause I am so ashamed of my extra weight even though to some it doesn't seem like much.

Run on a tread for 5 minutes every other day at a medium to high speed. Also, cut out any fried foods and butter, mayonaise, oil, and grease. That will do it.

um... it will definately take more than 5 minutes.... either do 30-45 mins of medium speed jogging or do a 5 min warmup, then sprint for a minute, jog a minute and repeat 5 times then do a 5 minute cooldown

Losing 10-15 shouldn't be too hard, Just restrict your diet from fats, carbs and sugars. From my experience those are the ones that turn into rolls. You need some kind of cardio in your schedule if you want to lose it soon rather than later. HIIT always works for the majority of ppl. And you could always hit up the females section when in doubt. Welcome to the forum.

Thanks guys! I have cut out bad foods, and when work is slow I have been walking the plant which I do about 40 laps of half a mile. I have also done pilates for the stomach area, and already it is toning up. I just gotta keep going hard!! Unfortunately I still don't have time for running or jogging of any kind, my hectic life doesn't leave me time for much.
