stroke survivor
a new guy in hereI assume I'm welcome thoughamI?I had stroke last july 05suffered left sided weaknessnow I canmove my left foot and can walk witha stickleft arm can be movednow but fingers on left hand stil difficult to move or flickermy physiotherapy is going on but I find the progess is somehow slow does going to a gym adviceableor help at all. what's thebest foods to eatto help my physical as well as mentalrecoery.Ididn't go crazy anyway Imeanfoods richin nutrients for the healthy brain/stroke affects ones brain condition.I havea very strong determination and positive thinking.I survived andis recovering for the better now.
