Default Help Please

When doing cardio to lose fat, should I try to keep my heart rate in the fat burning zone or the cardio zone, which is above the fat zone? I was told the fat burning zone, but I feel like I'm not doing anything. I am trying to lose 30lbs and have been doing cardio, but my heart rate has been in the cardio zone. Should I bring it back down to the fat zone? Please someone answer!

Go for the cardio zone, fat burning zone isn't as effective overall.

So the cardio zone will burn fat as effectively as the fat burning zone? Just want to have the best session to burn fat...

It will do it just as effectively, even moreso over time since your heart rate is raised even higher. Take it easy at first, don't overdo it.
