I'm New
Hi Everyone...My name is Jane Ann, I'm from Indiana. I'm a single Mom, with teenagers, now it's time for me to take care of me. I'm overweight and I HATE it. I want to exercise more and get in shape. I'm a pretty cool person but some people, see the outside, and they don't take time to get to know you. I want to be healthy, and feel better. I hope some of you will say hi to me, and get to know me.

Hey there...welcome to the thread. Sounds good that you want to make a change, just make sure you do it right, take your time and don't give up. I suggest you take read around these boards...there's archives of good and useful information.

Welcome to the board. Check out all the stickies and be sure to use the search tool for almost anything. If wt. loss is your goal then exercise and Diet are key. Do a HIIT search, it's works for most of us.
