Default New Here.

I am new here. But I was wondering if someone can help. I need to gain weight in order to gain muscel. I don't want to be really ripped but enough to actually have muscel. I had a birth defect that doesn't let me eat a lot of meat and protein because it gets me sick to my stomach. And I need a way to gain pounds and muscel. Can someone give me an idea and workout plan?

getting protein (or even other nutrients) from natural foods is the preferred method of ingestion. If you cant take meat, have you tried other forms such as egg whites, even peanut butter etc?

After you have taken the max amount of protein you can get naturally through meals, you can supplement those with protein powders etc.

I am sorry if I misread your question and you meant that you can't take (a lot of) protein in any form. In that case, ofcourse, you may need specialised medical consultation on what's the feasible of getting proteins in your blood stream. Some methods are available in good hospitals, but I dont know whether that is your concern at all.
