Unhappy Need sound advice for BF loss

Hi, I am in the military and I will be seperating in 6 months. I want to get an effective way of losing inches around my stomach, back, and hips and thighs before I go home. Not too much because I'm not everweight but I also do not want to be model skinny. I would like to tone my stomach and legs without looking like a body builder also. I don't want to look ripped, just toned. I am not worried about the number on the scale when I step on, I'm worried about the number on the measuring tape when it's around me. Right now I'm not on a diet. I live in the dorms and we don't get money to buy our own food so I'm required to either eat the the dining facility or buy my own food out of my own money. We get money taken out of out paychecks for the dining facility so it's not really convenient for me to do that. I need a good, low-cost diet and a cardio/weight routine to help me out. Right now I just watch what I eat and how much. It's very difficult to do. But I haven't cut anything completely out of my eating such as sweets, although I don't eat hardly any of that on my own. Just not a big sweet eater. I have become almost addicted to rice though. I am in Korea right now and that's in abundance here. As for the gym, I try to go everyday but it doesn't always work out. When I do go I run on the treadmill at a around a 5 - 6 for 30 minutes (I start off slower of course). I drink water before, during and after the gym. I also will get on the stair-climber or the eliptical for about 15 - 20 minutes and then go sit in the steam room for about 10 - 15 minutes. And that concludes my workouts. Can someone help me out? So far I'm not seeing anything really happening to my body with this routine and 'diet', if you want to call it that. Any advice would be welcome. Also I refuse to take pills to help out because they tend to make me nervous and I don't like that. Plus I really have a hard time remembering to take them so they would be ineffective in the long run. Any advice?

Are you even doing situps? if you are looking for results there you should throw in something to work the abs. From what I see you aren't even working them or your back. I am a big fan for working your lower back. I had the hardest time trying to get rid of the fat at the point where my pants meet my stomach just at the waistline. I finally started working my back hard and eventually it stretched my stomach around to my back because your abs wrap around.

there are a lot of great ab workouts to follow and you don't even have to go to the gym to do them. hell throughout the day concentrate on your ab area tighten your gut then release and so on.

Read around I'm sure you'll find something Good luck!
