Default Need professional advice

Hi all,

Background

To understand my problem I guess I have to give you a little background. I am 26 male, 5'10 inches and 172 pounds, I have been working out from the last 4-5 years, 3 times a week in winters (mornings) and 4 times a week in the summers (mornings). Below is my 3 day/week routine.

Workout Routine

Day 1: Chest/bicep abs
Rest
Day 3: Back/Leg abs
Rest
Day 5: Shoulder/tricep abs
Rest
Rest

In summers I just add cardio in my Day 2 and split my abs work out in two days per week cycle. I switch my workouts every 2 months and take a week off after 3-6 weeks. I do not take any supplements other then protein shakes(ultramet/instone lean). I always wanted to stay away from all the supplements (too skeptical about the sideeffects )

Meals per day.

(1) A protein shake right after the morning's workout with half cup of low fat milk. (30g carb, 40g protein,3g fat) 350 calories
(2) After 1.5 hours light snack (coffee/fat free) 100+ calories
(3) After 2 hours lunch (mostly chicken,carbs,fat)500-700 calories
(4) After 3-4 hours protein shake (14g carb,40g protein,6g fat) 300 calories
(5) After 3 hours light dinner(mostly chicken, light carbs/fat) 300-500 calories
(6) Before going to bed (light protein shake, 2g carbs, 35g protien,1g fat) 200 cal
Total = 2000-2200

On non-workout days I skip one of the meals.

Problem
I would consider myself in a good shape except my lower ab has a thin layer of flab or loose fat (baby fat ). I tried all kind of excerises and diet routines; the jiggle does not go away instead when ever I change my routine I loose muscle. It’s very frustrating because I work out religiously and have reached my upper and lower body goals but the lower portion of my abs makes my body look really bad. I feel like cutting it off sometimes. I do not have love handles, I had it once but not any more, mid section is fine too which makes the lower abs very prominent. It’s not that I don’t work out lower abs area, I do infact my abs routine covers all four parts of my lower torso (mid section, lower abs, sides and back).

Mission/Desire
I want the same upper and lower body(more muscle if possible) except the stubborn layer of fat or skin or what ever it is, to get ride off my body. I thought of doing liposuction but I guess to expensive for me.

Questions:
(1) What should I do to get this mission accomplished?
(2) I heard Instone lean fire for fat metabolism is good, will that work for my problem? Any side effects?
(3) Should I start taking creatin? Any side effects?
(4) Would creatin and fat burner pills at the same time help me achieving my goals?

Any inputs and suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanx in advance.
Freddie

You need cardio if you want to lose anything. Maybe 15-20min. after your workout days. I dont think that much will hurt your gains too much. And on one of those rest days you need Twice the amout of cardio. And 2 instead of 3 days a week for abs. If you are working them that much and they arnt getting sore then there isnt enough intensity. Sloppy Form? You cant spot reduce fat so you need cardio to lose it. Have you tried HIIT?

Odin is right, cardio is the only way to get rid of that layer. You can do all the crunches you want but what good are they if they are covered. I have the same problem with my lower abs, try one of the HIIT routines, they really work.
