Im just here for info...
I have started lifting only a dumbell and doing sit ups for an every other night routine. i was wondering since i have no other equipment what some methods would be to add some muscle to my abs and arms. also i was wondering if i was just doing sit ups and dumbells if that would throw my body out of equalness.. (that isnt a word i think but hey) i saw that on a forum that i could get unpreportioned in my back and legs and stuff if i only focused on a certain part of my body! and i almost forgot i need some tips on fat burning like how long and how many miles to jog or run or bike, what foods to eat all that good stuff. any and all info would be much appreciated!
p.s. i have no clue about alot of exercise names and how they are done so if you could tone it down to a lower grade level and explain it in detail to the extent of what you want to type i would also appreciate that!
