Hi
hey guys. I've been reading on your site for a few months now and i decided it was finally time to become a member. I have read just about every sticky on here, so i don't really have any questions. I am 23 yo and have been working out for 6 years "pretty steadily" I have learned more from this site than i have anywhere else & i am very greatful. Thanks

Welcome Supremo, I too have been reading from the outside and finally decided to join myself. I have found this site and the members to be extremely informative and supportive to all quesions asked. Thanks for the knowledge.
