Default New to the Forum

Hello everyone. New to the forums, but not to exercising. I Mountain bike regularly and run. I'm looking to get into weight training. I'm hoping to strengthen my back and legs to alleviate back pain. I also am hoping to lose belly fat. I spent the better part of two years being lazy, or injured which ever you want to call it. I've been active for 8 months now and can really tell a difference, just need to work on the pain I feel after a workout.
