by some day i hope you mean in about 5 damn years when u reach the most u can ever gain, naturally!

lol you're gonna be one of those guys at the gym..ab bicep warriors that i hate!!
but anyways, some exercises u can do for arms

u have to start eating a lot, if u want to gain some real muscle mass, and i mean eat a lot, 5000+ calories a day

when lifting, make sure u can lift the weight enuff time to get 6-8 reps in
not a light weight that makes it easy either, make sure its hard

dont plan on being a bicept and ab warrior but get your right foot damn near decapitated and then left achilles tendon cut off by a piece of glass and see how you can do

you need to increase your calorie intake with good sources or carbs proteins and fats in a 40/40/20 ratio
there are numerous diet threads about here for noobs and "skinny" people like yourself. Read the stickies here and you will get alot of answers for your training and diet

PS. its not wise to troll for sources of steroids so please make no further enquiries about them please

I think that you should set up a proper diet, but 5000 calories might be too much.

I don't know where people are getting this 5000+ calorie business...that is just too much (unless you are freaking huge and bulking maybe).

I agree, 5000 is too much. Just eat atleast four solid meals a day and make sure you are getting plenty of protein and complex carbs.

As for lifting, you should lift every two days to make sure you get plenty of recovery time.

Wow. Those would be insane gains on gear.. they seem too fast for newbie gains. It took me about 4-5 months to add 50 pounds to my bench when I first started lifting. Did you gain much fat because it would be pretty much impossible to gain 5-6 lean pounds in 1.5 weeks.

It sounds like you aren't eating enough...I made the same mistake when I first started lifting. You have got to eat big man! Check out some of the sticky posts in the diet/ nutrition section for tips....
