    Hey Luke,
    At this point in the game what I would do is cut down anything that would make you burn more calories from your daily life. Cardio is out and anything that would cause you to burn more calories. Next step is to increase your caloric intake by 500cal. And last step is to cut down training from 5 to 3 days a week. 5 days a week will make you burn more calories than you can eat right now.

    hiya mate, was wondering if you could give me some advice, this is my second bulking phase, im 172 lbs at the moment and eating 4000 calories and the past month i havent gained anything? i do 1 cardio a week, and train 5 times a week hitting each muscle once. im bit confused as my last bulk i managed to get from 140 lbs to 185 lbs. tell me what you think mate. thanks
