Buy some BCAA powder - Scivation Xtend is a good brand.
You may also want to look at getting some Magnesium, Zinc & B6 capsules to take before bed (you can buy them as one supplement called ZMA but it's better to buy them individually in my opinion). These will help with better quality sleep, testosterone production & protein metabolism.
If you still want to use a creatine product, just buy normal creatine mono.
