Hey Newkid... I'm new to the boards myself and just finished reading your little odyssey! Hey, what program are you on? I'm reading a cool book on body building and it covers diet and routines, but it looks like whatever you're doing worked... I'm at 220 and 5'11... trying to get to 180...
I'm currently working out 3-4 times per week including freeweights and cardio, trying to eat 4-5 meals a day, etc... do you mind sharing your routine/diet/supplements?
